A leading global sovereign wealth fund is seeking an exceptional senior investor to establish and lead its global Artificial Intelligence investment strategy.

The mandate will span the full AI value chain, including:

Frontier foundation-model companies

AI infrastructure and compute

Semiconductor and accelerator technologies

Enterprise AI platforms

AI-native applications

Robotics and embodied intelligence

Data infrastructure

Cybersecurity and AI assurance

Sector-specific AI businesses

Strategic partnerships and national capability development

This is not a conventional venture-capital role.

The Managing Director will establish a clear, differentiated and continuously evolving investment thesis across the global AI ecosystem.

This should move beyond broad enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and identify where durable economic value is most likely to accrue.

The thesis should address:

Where capital intensity creates defensibility

Which markets are likely to consolidate

Where open-source and proprietary models will coexist

How inference economics may reshape the industry

Which application categories can create lasting differentiation
