Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Hyderabad, focused on EdTech solutions that leverage AI for international education services. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iterative improvement. Daily responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, data, design, and counseling teams, and translating student and partner needs into clear product features. The role involves prioritizing backlogs, conducting user research and usability testing, analyzing product performance, and ensuring that AI-driven features are ethical, reliable, and aligned with learning outcomes. The Product Manager will also coordinate with marketing and sales teams for go-to-market plans, monitor competitive trends in EdTech and AI, and continuously refine products to support admissions, test preparation, and student counseling at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for technology or EdTech products, including requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Understanding of AI and data-driven solutions, with the ability to work with technical teams to design, evaluate, and iterate AI-powered features.
• Background in education, international student services, or related domains, with familiarity in admissions processes, test preparation, or counseling workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with user research, metrics tracking, and data-informed decision-making.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
• Experience in agile methodologies, product discovery, and usability testing to build learner-centric and counselor-friendly solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Education, or Computer Science; a master’s degree or specialization in product management or AI is an advantage.
• Prior work in EdTech, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms is highly beneficial, along with a demonstrated interest in global education and student success.
