Tungsten Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Tungsten product features, modules, and integrations.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.
• Design clean, scalable architectures and write highquality, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Tungsten ecosystem.
• Ensure product stability through unit testing, integration testing, and automation-friendly design.
• Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with QA to enable automated testing and maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to elevate the Tungsten platform.
• Produce clear technical documentation, API specs, and deployment notes.

Required Skills & Experience

• The candidate must be Tungsten certified, with validated expertise in developing and supporting Tungsten platform solutions
• Strong experience in full-stack development (backend + frontend).
• Proficiency in relevant Tungsten tech stack (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, APIscustomize as applicable).
• Experience building enterprise-grade SaaS products, workflows, rules engines, or document processing systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid grounding in software engineering principles, design patterns, and code quality standards.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to analyze business processes and design efficient, scalable solutions.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
