As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Your expertise in various project management methodologies will empower you to navigate challenges and implement solutions that propel our organization forward.Job Description and Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction
• Ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Proficient with project management and scheduling software programs used (Buildertrend, Excel, Word).
• Attention to detail and knowledge of construction processes in new home and remodeling.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control processes to ensure projects remain financially viable.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
