Job Description
AS400/EDI Support Developer role focused on RPG programming, EDI transaction processing, batch application support, and L3 production support in enterprise ERP environments . Strong emphasis on EDI integrations, AS400 development , troubleshooting, and incident management .
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot EDI and AS400 application issues
- Process inbound/outbound EDI transactions
- Develop and maintain RPG/SQL batch applications
- Handle job abends and production support activities
- Onboard and certify new EDI partners
- Investigate and resolve L3 incidents
- Provide incident updates, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with client teams for issue resolution
Must-Have Skills
- AS400 / IBM iSeries
- RPGLE / RPG / CL / CLLE
- SQL / Free Format SQL
- EDI transactions
- TrueCommerce / SPS Commerce / TrustedLink
- Batch processing
- Production Support / L3 Support
- Debugging & ROBOT Scheduler
- English & French bilingual (Must)

- Octopus
