Position Summary We are seeking a master of execution to serve as the operational right-hand to our executive leadership. This is not a passive, gatekeeping role—it requires someone who anticipates needs, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and seamlessly manages the intersection of logistics, communications, and special projects. What’ll You Do

• Manage complex calendars, schedule cross-functional meetings, and prioritize conflicting demands across multiple time zones
• Act as the primary liaison between leadership and internal teams, external partners, vendors, and agency collaborators
• Oversee travel coordination, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting for executive initiatives and brand events
• Track high-priority action items and ensure deliverables from leadership meetings are completed on time
• Draft, proofread, and format internal communications, company-wide updates, and external partnership correspondence
• Assist with ad-hoc projects across e-commerce, brand marketing, and event coordination as needed to support business growth
• Handle sensitive and confidential business information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

What You Bring

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives within a fast-growing DTC e-commerce, fashion, or consumer brand.
• Tech-Savviness: Mastery of communication and organization tools and familiarity with modern e-commerce ecosystems.
• Proactivity: A self-starter mindset with an innate ability to predict operational bottlenecks before they happen.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to channel the brand’s voice professionally.
• Adaptability: Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-growth startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
• Location: 100% Remote
