BUSINESS UNIT The Search & Book unit at HRS plays a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions through HRS Connect, the company’s flagship product within the expansive global corporate travel management market. HRS Connect specifically targets the rapidly growing and significantly underserved segments of corporate lodging, meetings, groups, and long stays.

The unit develops, enhances, and maintains complex technology solutions that seamlessly integrate hotel distribution systems, Property Management Systems (PMS), Online Travel Agencies (OTA), and Hotel Chain systems into the HRS Connect platform.

POSITION

• A Middle - Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI-Native) builds production-grade applications and intelligent workflows with an AI-first mindset across the full software development lifecycle. This role is for an engineer who does not treat AI as an add-on, but as a core way of working across design, implementation, testing, documentation, debugging, and delivery.
• The ideal candidate consistently approaches work by asking whether a task can be completed entirely with AI or materially improved through AI-assisted execution, while still applying strong engineering judgment and quality controls.

CHALLENGE

• Full-Stack Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Next.js/TypeScript (frontend) and Java/Python (backend).
• AI-Native Product Development: Integrate GenAI APIs and LLM-powered capabilities into core product workflows. Build agentic flows, tool-using systems, and AI workflow automations with clear guardrails and observability.
• AI-Native Engineering Practice: Apply AI-assisted workflows across the full SDLC - from design and implementation to testing, debugging, and documentation. Review and validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and production readiness.
• Technical Leadership: Drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and champion AI-native engineering practices across the team.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH…

• 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production systems, with strong end-to-end ownership of product delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, including server-side rendering, component-based architecture, and state management.
• Strong backend development skills in Java and/or Python, with solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and production reliability.
• Experience integrating GenAI APIs, LLM features, assistants, or AI-powered product capabilities into production systems.
• Immersive adoption of AI across the SDLC. Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development workflows for scaffolding, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery while critically reviewing outputs and maintaining engineering standards.
