🔹 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement, implementation, and support of our ServiceNow FSO platform .

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations, platform configuration, feature enhancements, integrations, and production support. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and continuously improve platform capabilities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance existing ServiceNow FSO platform functionality.
• Implement new features and capabilities based on business requirements.
• Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration, development, and feature delivery.
• Collaborate with scoped application teams for integrations, plug-ins, and application installations .
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incident tickets related to the platform and hosted applications.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, development standards, and governance processes.

🔹 Mandatory Skills & Certifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations
• Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and development skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of in-depth ServiceNow implementation experience
• Experience working in the Financial Services domain
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM / FSO
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, scoped applications, and platform enhancements
