Position Summary

• Client is seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET & Azure Developer with 15+ years of enterprise software development experience to design, develop, and support scalable, high-performance applications and Azure-based data solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Azure Functions, along with experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions within large, complex organizations.
• This is a senior-level position requiring excellent communication skills, strong technical leadership, and a proven track record of working on long-term projects within large enterprises.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software development, application engineering, or data engineering experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on software or data engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Extensive experience developing enterprise applications, APIs, services, and integration solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and serverless application development.
• Strong SQL skills, including:
• Complex query development
• Data modeling
• Stored procedures
• Indexing
• Performance tuning
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with event-driven and batch processing architectures.
• Experience integrating applications and data across multiple enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, reliability, and troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing logging, monitoring, alerting, and production support capabilities.
• Experience working with enterprise DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, source control, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
