Web Marketing & Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We are a non-denominational Christian church looking for a Web Marketing & Social Media Manager who is responsible for managing the church’s digital presence across web, marketing, and social platforms. This role supports consistent messaging, creating and managing engaging content, and creates effective communication that supports church ministries, events, and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and manage content across all church social media platforms
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Capture and share stories of life change, ministry impact, and upcoming events
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative ways to connect with the community

Web Management

• Maintain and regularly update the church website to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging content
• Optimize the website for accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices
• Collaborate with ministry leaders to highlight upcoming events, resources, and sermon archives
• Monitor site performance and recommend improvements for usability and engagement
• Maintain partnership with third party SEO company ensuring our marketing standards are fully functioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in web management, digital marketing, or social media strategy
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), experience with social media management platforms and advertising tools including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Webflow.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Proficient analytical skills to interpret data from various sources; ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Passion for storytelling and digital outreach
• Alignment with theological beliefs

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
