Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy complex software applications using Spring Boot microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
  • Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and deployment processes are followed by the team members.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and debugging techniques.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-14 years of experience in developing large-scale enterprise systems using Java programming language.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI industry domain knowledge (preferably banking sector).
  • Experience with Spring Boot framework for building microservices architecture.
  • Proven track record as an experienced Java developer or lead.
