Neulinx have partnered with a well-funded, early-stage AI company building a new generation of financial operations software for growing businesses.

The platform uses AI to automate complex billing, payments, collections and revenue workflows, helping customers reduce manual work and improve cash flow. They are now looking for a strong Full-Stack Engineer who wants genuine ownership, direct customer exposure and the opportunity to influence the technical foundations of the business.

This is not a narrow feature-delivery role. You will own major areas of the product end-to-end, from database design and backend APIs through to polished customer-facing interfaces.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and shipping full-stack product features across billing, payments, integrations, collections and reporting.
• Designing systems that handle real financial data and money movement.
• Developing AI-native workflows using LLMs, agents and automation.
• Making architectural decisions that will shape the platform as the company scales.
• Working directly with customers to understand their needs and rapidly improve the product.
• Raising standards around testing, tooling, reliability and engineering practices.

What they’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ experience shipping production software.
• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript across the stack.
• Experience with React or Next.js, REST APIs and PostgreSQL.
• Evidence of owning features from initial design through to production.
• Comfortable working at startup pace and making pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Product-minded, commercially aware and interested in solving real customer problems.
• Experience building AI products or integrating LLMs into production workflows would be highly valuable.
