• Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel (Includes both Domestic and International travel to South America / Argentina)

Join a high-performing Global Business Services (GBS) transformation team at a premier global media and entertainment innovator. As our organization scales and standardizes its financial footprint, we are moving beyond simple document retention into true process transformation (the “To-Be” state).

We are seeking an agile, data-savvy Customer Invoicing Process Design & Fusion Analyst to embed within our global Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. This is a unique business-side position that bridges the gap between technical system configurations and real-world finance workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Oracle Fusion but will apply that knowledge to optimize and document operational desk-level procedures (SOPs).

Core Objectives & Responsibilities

1. Process Extraction & Workshop Facilitation

• Embed yourself deeply within global invoicing, ad agency revenue networks, and collections business lines.
• Lead cross-functional discovery workshops with global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract highly detailed process steps, dependency criteria, and underlying business logic.
• Apply a probing mindset to uncover system bottlenecks and manual workarounds, moving beyond simple click-by-click steps to document deep “if-then” decision pathways.

2. Advanced Documentation & SOP Architecture

• Author, refine, and secure SME sign-off on standard operating procedures (SOPs), desk-level procedures, detailed process workflows, and robust RACI models.
• Ensure all process architecture seamlessly aligns with corporate internal controls, financial audits, and regulatory global standards.

3. Process Optimization & Technology Enablement

• Leverage technical expertise in Oracle Fusion (specifically the Invoicing module) , ServiceNow , and Automation Anywhere to evaluate current-state capabilities.
• Formulate concrete recommendations for technology enhancements, process streamlining, and robotic process automation (RPA) opportunities.
• Establish metrics around process performance, including clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Drive structured continuous improvement frameworks using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root-cause analysis methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2–3+ years of dedicated full-cycle experience working within Order-to-Cash (O2C) financial operations, billing, or process management.
• ERP System Framework: Demonstrated technical expertise navigating Oracle Fusion with explicit familiarity with the Invoicing Module (Procure-to-Pay/PtP is not required).
• System Integration Toolkit: Practical exposure identifying automation or workflow optimization pathways utilizing ServiceNow and Automation Anywhere (RPA).
• Continuous Improvement Muscle: Documented experience applying process transformation methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen). While active workflow mapping is not a daily requirement, a strong competency in interpreting and transforming process flows is essential.
• Travel Agility: Absolute willingness and passport flexibility to support up to 50% travel , including domestic trips and international travel to South America (Argentina) .
• Industry Framework (Preferred Pluses): Prior background operating within media networks or managing ad agency revenue/collections pipelines is a strong asset but is secondary to your Oracle Fusion process design proficiency.
