Job Description
We’re a new and growing luxury watch club based in London, and we’re looking for a confident, friendly, and reliable person to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a relaxed and enjoyable role working alongside our team during studio shoot days and helping with some light website and ecommerce tasks during the week.
You do not need previous professional experience or qualifications for this role — we’re mainly looking for someone with a positive attitude, good energy on camera, and someone who is organised and easy to work with.
About the Role
The role includes:
- Appearing in product and lifestyle videos/photos
- Helping prepare watches and studio setups during shoot days
- Assisting with website updates
- Helping manage customer orders and basic ecommerce tasks
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
As its a new business we dont require too much at this point but as we grow we will require more.
We are looking for someone who’s able to come to our studio in London and be in our product video/picture shoots.
Working Schedule
- Studio shoot days will usually take place around 2–3 times per month in our London studio
- Website/admin tasks will typically be around 2 days per week, averaging approximately 4 hours per week
- Flexible part-time schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Must be able to travel to our London studio
- Friendly, confident, and cheerful personality
- Comfortable working around cameras and studio environments
- Reliable, organised, and professional
- Good communication skills
- Interest in watches, fashion, luxury brands, or social media is a bonus, but not required
