Experienced Framer / General Construction Worker

HIRING: EXPERIENCED FRAMERS / CONSTRUCTION CREW

Priority One Builders is looking for experienced, reliable full-time framers to join our construction team.

This position is primarily focused on wood framing, but candidates must also be comfortable assisting with demolition and general construction work when required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wood framing for residential and commercial construction
• Walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, blocking and structural framing
• Read and understand construction plans and framing layouts
• Measure, cut, layout and assemble framing accurately
• Work with power tools and framing equipment
• Structural repairs and remodeling framing
• Demolition and selective demolition as needed
• General construction and jobsite labor when required
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong previous wood framing experience required
• Ability to read plans, dimensions and layouts
• Experienced with saws, nail guns and other framing power tools
• Lead, journeyman or equivalent framing experience preferred
• Comfortable performing demolition and general construction work
• Able to perform physically demanding construction work
• Reliable and able to work full-time
• Able to travel between different project locations
• Must work well independently and as part of a crew

Show up on time, work efficiently, understand quality construction, take responsibility for their work and can handle more than just one task on a jobsite.

This is NOT a general labor-only position. Strong framing experience is the main qualification.
