Each year, our compassionate team serves over 300 patients through innovative and person-centered programs. We believe every individual deserves dignity, compassion, and comprehensive care—and we’re looking for dedicated professionals to join us in that mission.
This is an office-based administrative position requiring strong computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, and prior experience working in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

- Has excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Has strong data entry, computer, filing, and document-management skills
- Can prepare professional correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, forms, presentations, and other business documents
- Is highly organized and able to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines
- Communicates professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Has excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Is comfortable working with confidential employee, patient, financial, and organizational information
- Takes initiative, follows through on assignments, and recognizes when something requires additional attention
- Can work effectively in a busy office where priorities may change throughout the day
Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to agency leadership and helps keep daily office operations organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities include answering and directing telephone calls, assisting visitors, preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining calendars and schedules, processing mail, maintaining electronic and paper files, performing data entry, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and assisting with special projects.
The position also assists with healthcare referral and intake coordination, including receiving referral information, communicating with clinical staff, uploading documents into the electronic medical record, and helping ensure information is complete and routed promptly.
Because this position frequently interacts with patients, families, healthcare providers, employees, volunteers, vendors, and community members, professionalism, discretion, compassion, and excellent customer service are essential.
Qualifications
Required:
- College coursework or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible administrative or professional office experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate work with close attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Preferred: Experience in healthcare, hospice, home health, legal, accounting, or nonprofit administration; experience with QuickBooks, electronic medical records, executive scheduling, or healthcare referral/intake processes.
