Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Custom Framer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in art galleries and custom framing, who also enjoys working directly with clients and driving sales. You will be responsible for producing high-quality custom framing work while providing excellent customer service and helping clients select the best framing solutions for their artwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and assemble custom frames with precision and care
• Assist clients in selecting frames, mats, and design options
• Drive sales by providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Handle artwork with the utmost care and professionalism
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• Experience in custom framing and/or working in an art gallery is highly preferred
• Strong sales ability and comfort working with clients
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable, responsible, and honest
• Flexible and willing to work additional hours when needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
