Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive network engineering initiatives that enhance performance, reliability, and scalability across global environments.
• Deploy artificial intelligence capabilities to optimize network operations and improve service delivery.
• Develop and implement network automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Deliver network infrastructure projects on time, budget, and quality commitments.
• Ensure compliance with service management processes and technology governance standards.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios within required timelines.
• Promote a safe, healthy workplace by adhering to health, safety, environmental, and security standards.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in network engineering, infrastructure operations, or enterprise network services.
• Strong understanding of network technologies, protocols, and connectivity solutions.
• Experience delivering network infrastructure projects within complex global environments.
• Knowledge of network automation tools and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence or advanced analytics to technology operations.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills across technical and business teams.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience supporting large-scale, global enterprise network environments.
• Relevant industry certifications in networking, automation, or cloud technologies.
