AI Content Creation & Digital Marketing Intern

Panty Fresh® is looking for a creative, tech-savvy college student to join our Marketing Internship Program and help us explore how AI can make great content even better.

Panty Fresh® is an innovative women-owned consumer brand focused on comfort, confidence, and everyday preparedness. This is a hands-on internship for someone who enjoys experimenting with generative AI, digital content, social media, and emerging creative tools.

You’ll have the opportunity to use AI as a creative tool while learning how to turn ideas into polished, brand-ready marketing content.

What You’ll Do

• Use generative AI tools to brainstorm and develop marketing and content concepts
• Create AI-assisted social media graphics, images, videos, and creative assets
• Help develop short-form content concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Use AI to help draft captions, hooks, scripts, headlines, emails, and marketing copy
• Experiment with prompts and creative workflows to improve the quality and consistency of AI-generated content
• Help create product concepts, lifestyle visuals, campaign ideas, and marketing mockups
• Research emerging AI tools and identify ones that could improve our marketing and content workflows
• Repurpose existing content into new formats using AI-assisted tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn ideas into polished, usable creative
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and natural-looking results

We’d Love Someone Who

• Is currently enrolled in college
• Is genuinely interested in generative AI, content creation, digital marketing, or emerging technology
• Has experience experimenting with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe AI tools, CapCut, or other generative image/video platforms
• Understands that great AI content requires creativity, judgment, editing, and refinement — not simply generating the first result
• Has a strong visual eye and understands what makes digital content engaging
• Enjoys experimenting with prompts and finding better ways to accomplish creative tasks
• Keeps up with social media, AI tools, digital trends, and new technology
• Is creative, curious, organized, dependable, and willing to take initiative
• Experience with AI image or video generation is a strong plus

Internship Details

• Approximately 10–15 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling around college classes
• In-person in Roslyn Heights, New York

Pay: $16.00 - $29.81 per hour
