Project Manager/ Concrete

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of concrete construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project workflows.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, schematics, and blueprint specifications.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Builder trend , HeavyBid, or Civil 3D to develop detailed project schedules and track progress.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
• Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and progress reports.
• Monitor project costs through construction estimating tools and ensure timely procurement of materials using Bluebeam or similar platforms.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality control measures are met and address any issues promptly.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to maintain momentum and resolve conflicts swiftly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout all phases of construction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete construction project management with a strong background in civil or heavy civil projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar tools for project scheduling and estimation.
• Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction schematics related to concrete structures.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities including formwork, reinforcement placement, pouring operations, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately while managing multiple priorities effectively through time management skills.
• Familiarity with project coordination processes involving subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols specific to concrete work environments and general construction sites.
• Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams.
• Certifications such as OSHA safety training or relevant professional credentials are preferred but not mandatory. Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
