Project Manager - Construction (5 years experience required)
Jungclaus-Campbell, general contractor since 1875, is seeking a Construction Project Manager.

Project Managers (PMs) at Jungclaus are given significant authority and autonomy over their respective jobs. PMs have their own individual offices in our historic buildings on Massachusetts Avenue. PMs also spend time out in the field, observing projects and meeting with owners, subcontractors, and Jungclaus field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Cost management, analysis, projection, reporting, and control
• Safety compliance and inspection
• Quality assurance and control
• Scheduling and planning
• Change order estimating
• Project documentation and review
• Subcontractor coordination
• Submittals review

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in construction management (or equivalent combination of technical training and experience)
• 5+ years commercial/industrial construction experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Powerproject
• Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely
• Physical ability to work in commercial and industrial construction settings
• OSHA 10
