Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ai Agentic Engineer role based in Đà Nẵng. The Ai Agentic Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows that integrate large language models, tools, and APIs to solve complex business problems. Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and domain experts to gather requirements, prototyping and testing agent behaviors, and optimizing performance, reliability, and security. The role involves building and maintaining pipelines for data ingestion and orchestration, monitoring production systems, and troubleshooting issues to ensure stable operation. The Ai Agentic Engineer will also document technical solutions, contribute to best practices, and support cross-functional teams in adopting AI agentic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering, including proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript), version control (Git), and API integration.
• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly large language models, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks or orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with data engineering practices such as data pipelines, ETL processes, and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to security, reliability, and performance.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and openness to continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in large-scale or enterprise projects and prior exposure to industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus.
