Boomi Integration Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain integration processes using Boomi AtomSphere.
• Build REST/SOAP APIs and implement data mapping and transformation for XML, JSON, and SQL data models.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to deployment and hypercare.
• Implement error handling, logging, alerting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and security teams to align designs with integration standards and Zero-Trust principles.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, version control, and environment promotion strategies.
• Provide L3 support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of integrations and APIs.
• Partner with global teams (US/EMEA/APAC) to deliver against project milestones and production SLAs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing on Boomi AtomSphere.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API design, and data mapping/transformation.
• Proficiency with XML, JSON, SQL, and familiarity with message queues and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with authentication/authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API keys.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps/Git, environment promotion, and release management.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills, performance analysis, and production support in a 24/7 environment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Boomi Professional Developer or Architect certification is preferred.
• Experience with EDI standards (AS2, X12, EDIFACT) and B2B integrations is desirable.
• Exposure to API Management, gateway policies, and rate limiting is beneficial.
• Background integrating ERP/CRM platforms and data platforms (e.g., SAP/Oracle, Data Warehouse) is advantageous.
• Experience working in global teams and across time zones is essential.
