岗位职责

● 开发及维护后端服务、API及前端应用（PHP / JavaScript / TypeScript）

● 设计高可扩展及高稳定性的系统架构

● 负责数据库设计及性能优化

● 进行Code Review并推动最佳实践

● 优化系统性能（查询、缓存等）

● 与DevOps协作部署、监控及问题排查

● 指导初级工程师并参与技术决策

任职要求

● 5年以上软件开发经验

● 精通PHP及JavaScript / TypeScript

● 熟悉Laravel / Nest.js / Vue 3

● 具备系统架构及API设计经验

● 熟悉MySQL或PostgreSQL数据库

● 了解Docker、CI/CD及基础DevOps流程

● 良好的问题解决能力与沟通能力

● 理解幂等性设计，并能在实际项目中落地（如唯一约束、幂等键、分布式锁等）

● 能正确处理重复请求、超时、回调乱序、第三方接口不可靠等情况

● 理解数据库事务边界，知道什么时候该用事务、什么时候不该用

● 写代码时会主动考虑失败路径，而不只是成功路径

● 出问题时能保留完整日志和追踪信息，便于事后核查

Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain scalable systems while owning technical decisions. Collaborate closely with product and business teams to deliver high-quality software. Ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and shaping technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend applications (PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript)

● Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture

● Manage database design and optimize system performance

● Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

● Collaborate with DevOps on deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting

● Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decisions

Requirements

● 5+ years of software engineering experience

● Strong in PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript

● Experience with Laravel / Nest.js / Vue 3

● Solid understanding of system architecture and API design

● Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL

● Familiar with Docker, CI/CD, and basic DevOps workflows

● Strong problem-solving and communication skills

● Understands idempotency and has actually built it (unique constraints, idempotency keys, distributed locks)

● Handles duplicate requests, timeouts, out-of-order callbacks, and unreliable third-party APIs correctly

● Understands database transaction boundaries — when to use a transaction and when not to

● Leaves enough logs and trace context to audit what happened after an incident

Nice to Have

● AWS or cloud experience

● Experience with Redis or message queues (Kafka, etc.)

● Exposure to microservices architecture

● Familiar with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
