Data Engineer – : Forward Deployed Engineer (AI / GenAI)
Location:: Remote
Duration: : Contract (Contract-to-Hire Potential)
Position Summary
We are hiring multiple Forward Deployed Engineers to work at the intersection of AI, business transformation, and real-world problem solving. This role is part of a fusion team model where engineers are embedded directly with business stakeholders to rapidly identify, prototype, and validate AI-driven solutions within ~90 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to define problems and design AI-driven solutions
- Build and deploy GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, automation)
- Rapid prototyping and iteration with measurable business outcomes
- Translate business needs into technical architectures and vice versa
- Evaluate data readiness and feasibility for AI initiatives
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of combined technical + domain experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and cloud (Azure preferred)
- Experience with OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic, LangChain/LangGraph
- Knowledge of data pipelines (SQL/NoSQL, ETL/ELT)
- Domain expertise in Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, or similar

- Outcome-driven mindset with startup-level ownership
