An elite global fintech firm is looking for an experienced AI Enablment Manager with a passion for Artificial Intelligence to help drive AI adoption and transform how employees learn and work across the business.

You’ll join a forward-thinking Learning & Development team responsible for designing innovative learning experiences that empower employees to leverage AI effectively. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, influence strategy, and play a key part in shaping the firm’s AI capability.

Role:

• Develop and deliver AI-focused learning programmes that build AI fluency across the business
• Stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, bringing new ideas, tools and best practices into the organisation
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into practical, AI-driven learning solutions
• Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions and learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead cross-functional AI learning initiatives from planning through to delivery
• Collaborate with Learning & Development colleagues to embed AI into existing programmes and continuously improve learning experiences

Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Facilitation or a related field (ideally at a start-up or tech driven firm)
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies with a genuine passion for emerging AI tools and trends
• Proven experience driving AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Confident facilitator with exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Experience translating complex business challenges into practical learning solutions
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree advantageous
• Comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
