  • Support the development of scalable electrical solutions for high-density computing environments

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience designing electrical systems for mission-critical, industrial, commercial, or data center facilities
  • Hands-on electrical design experience supporting facility infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems and mission-critical infrastructure
  • Knowledge of critical data center electrical equipment and supporting systems
  • Experience supporting the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of data centers or similar critical facilities
  • Ability to evaluate constructability, maintainability, and operational impacts during design development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound engineering decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-density compute environments, AI infrastructure, or HPC facilities
  • Knowledge of commercial and industrial power distribution systems
  • Familiarity with regional building codes, electrical codes, and permitting requirements
  • Experience carrying designs from conceptual development through deployment and operational turnover
  • Experience supporting construction administration, commissioning, or startup activities
  • Knowledge of mission-critical redundancy strategies and electrical reliability principles
  • Experience reviewing technical submittals and equipment specifications
  • Familiarity with data center cooling infrastructure and related mechanical systems
