Job Description
Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Front-Office team for a permanent position!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of Senior executive’s calendar, contacts, meetings.
- Calendar management which includes, organizing business trips to visit other branches, clients or conferences, international trips, etc.
- Coordinate meetings or conference calls
- Manage travel for multiple Senior level members of the team
- Assist with the preparation of the weekly meetings and prepare all necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years experience working as an Executive Assistant within banking or financial services
