Job Description

The Client is signing its first US customers and needs a founding operator to own everything that happens after the sale: implementation, deployment, customer success, and account expansion. This is a greenfield role with no existing US ops playbook, reporting directly to the CEO, and sitting at the center of the company’s ability to retain and grow its early US customer base. The primary metric is net revenue retention. The person in this seat will build the US ops function from the ground up, then grow it into a three-person team. Success in the first year looks like roughly $1 million in ARR deployed and in production across US accounts, with a replicable onboarding process documented and handed off.

Details Location: New York City, NY

Work Type: Hybrid — in-person minimum three days per week, ideally five

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: 3-5 years

Visa Sponsorship: None available

Team size: 11-50 employees

Founded: 2024

About The Company The Client builds AI voice agents for healthcare, automating appointment scheduling, inbound call handling, and patient-provider communication so clinical staff can focus on care. The company has validated strong product-market fit in France, where it serves over 600 practices with 22x year-over-year growth, and is now entering the US market from its New York office. It has raised a $5.5 million seed round and is already signing its first US logos.

What You’ll Own Own the full post-sale lifecycle for US customers: configure and deploy signed accounts into production, drive time-to-go-live, and maintain a high successful-deployment rate

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success, support, and account management so the sales function stays focused on new business

Drive retention and expansion, including upsell and cross-sell, against a personal upsell quota — net revenue retention is the core performance metric for this role

Build and document a replicable US onboarding and deployment playbook covering configurations, processes, and best practices

Develop deep product mastery to configure and go live independently, including working with AI integrations and no-code tooling as needed

Hire and lead a small ops team as the customer base grows, with a target of three people by year-end

Must-Have 1. 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing deployment, implementation, or customer success role at a fast-moving startup or technology company

  1. Technically oriented with strong product acumen: comfortable configuring software, working with integrations, and picking up new products quickly without an engineering background being required

  2. Client-facing presence and communication skills: able to build trust with practice operators and clinical staff and represent the company professionally

  3. Highly organized, logical, and strong at problem solving; capable of owning a customer portfolio and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

  4. Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable operating without a ready-made playbook in an early-stage environment

  5. In-person in New York City, minimum three days per week, ideally five

Nice-to-Have Experience at an early-stage SaaS company, ideally in a deployment, implementation, or ops role

Background in healthcare or familiarity with how clinical practices operate

Experience at a high-caliber technology organization known for strong talent (e.g., Palantir, Decagon, or similar)

Top university background

Has built side projects or products, or shows clear entrepreneurial initiative outside a formal role
