Job Description
A crypto-native trading firm standing up a real world assets desk in New York, and hiring a quant developer to help build it. RWA here means trading tokenised commodities, futures and equities on-chain. Crypto with a TradFi spine.

What we’re looking for
- A genuine quant dev. You’ve worked hand in hand with QRs and PMs, taking research and putting it into live production.
- RWA or crypto experience is not required. The trading knowledge is on the desk.
- Strong engineering and a builder’s mindset
