Skills We are currently seeking an Intermediate-Senior Level Architect who is looking to join a collaborative team based in midtown Manhattan. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience, and have the following skills:

• Degree in Architecture from a United States educational institution required and NYC experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team setting and highly motivated
• Able to communicate effectively with strong verbal/written skills and to collaborate with clients, builders and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
• Experience on educational/institutional buildings and community centers in all phases of design/construction from Schematic Design through Construction Administration
• Good Technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent REVIT skills
• Adobe Suite and Bluebeam skills a plus
• On track to licensure or licensed is preferred
• Salary commensurate with experience
