About the Opportunity

Join a premier electrical contractor leading large-scale hyperscale data center and mission critical electrical construction projects. This full-time onsite role provides end-to-end leadership from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead large electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project safety, schedule, quality, financial performance and customer satisfaction.
• Direct Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents and field leadership.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, change orders and project reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners and general contractors.
• Support commissioning, turnover and client relationships.
• Mentor junior project management staff.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10+ years of Project Management experience leading electrical construction within hyperscale data centers or mission critical environments.
• Proven experience managing electrical infrastructure including medium/low-voltage distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators and critical power.
• Demonstrated ownership of project financials, schedules, labor planning, procurement, forecasting and change orders.
• Experience leading large field organizations and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

• Meta, Google, Microsoft, AWS or similar hyperscale data center projects.
• Industrial electrical construction.
• Mission critical infrastructure.
• Large commercial electrical construction.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced electrical construction leader capable of immediately assuming responsibility for large mission critical projects while mentoring project teams and building long-term client relationships.

• Anticipated starting base salary: $150,000+ annually, commensurate with experience.
