Job Description

Role: Varicent ICM Developer 3 Days a Week In Office Required (/Hybrid/Onsite) Experience: 5+ Years

  • Agile/Scrum Methodology
  • 5+ years of Varicent development and configuration experience.
  • 5+ years of technical design experience supporting enterprise applications and business solutions.
  • 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL and/or other data management, reporting, and query tools.
  • Experience supporting Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with: Data imports and integrations
  • Compensation calculations and business rules
  • Reporting and analytics Workflow configuration
  • Scheduler/job management
  • Python scripting and automation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to data, calculations, and reporting processes.
  • Experience supporting production compensation processing and delivery.
