Senior Software Engineer

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role requires .NET Full Stack Engineer(min 5 YOE) with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, React (Next.js), and Azure Cloud Services. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently delivering high-quality engineering solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. Experience with PostgreSQL and CI/CD automation is desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.

• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Design and build scalable backend services (C#, .NET Core, REST APIs)- Develop modern UI using React/NextJS aligned with UBS UX standards

• Improve and support existing Azure-based solutions including deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across application layers.- Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions for production incidents.

• Support release management activities

• Able to deliver engineering work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong ownership and accountability mindset.

• Proactive problem solver with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

• This position is based at our Pan office.

• A 15 years full time education is required.
