Role Description The Film Industry Partnerships & Business Development – USA role at AICines INC is a full-time/ Part-time, on-site/remote position based in USA. This role is responsible for identifying, building, and managing partnerships with film studios, production houses, streaming platforms, and key stakeholders across the U.S.A film and entertainment ecosystem. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, leading partnership negotiations, preparing proposals and pitch materials, and coordinating with internal product and content teams to align offerings with partner needs. The role also involves market research on FilmTech and AI trends, attending industry events (virtual and in-person where applicable), and maintaining a robust sales pipeline with clear reporting on performance metrics. The individual will work closely with leadership to develop and execute business development strategies that expand AICines’ presence and revenue in the U.S. market.

What you’ll do:

• Connect AICINES with film schools and filmmaking programs across the U.S.

• Introduce us to studios, production houses and industry professionals

• Build strategic partnerships and collaborations

• Help organize demos, workshops and creator programs

• Represent AICINES within the U.S. film ecosystem

Who we’re looking for:

Someone with an existing network in film, entertainment, media or filmmaking education who enjoys opening doors and building partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in video and film production, with the ability to understand end-to-end workflows in Video Production and Film Production.
• Background in developing and producing long-form content such as Documentaries, including concept development, research, and storytelling.
• Proficient Writing skills for pitches, proposals, partnership decks, and business communications tailored to film and media stakeholders.
• Photography skills that support visual storytelling, marketing assets, and creative presentations for partners and investors.
• Demonstrated experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within film, media, entertainment, or related tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. film industry landscape, streaming ecosystems, and emerging trends in Generative AI and FilmTech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive working style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Film, Media, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to operate across
