An innovative organisation in the public sector space is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer. This role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality user-facing services within a secure environment, following modern engineering best practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining high-quality frontend services using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Building scalable and user-centric digital services within a secure environment.
- Practicing rigorous Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Collaborating within a modern agile delivery team to meet technical objectives.
- Utilising Node.js, Ruby, and Nunjucks to support full-stack requirements within the frontend ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in frontend development with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proven expertise in practicing Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Technical proficiency in Node.js, Ruby, and Nunjucks.
- Legally authorized to work in the UK and holding an active SC clearance.
- Experience working on scalable digital services, ideally within government or public sector environments.
