Job Description

Your mission

Own the journey from quote to shipment. As our Industrial Tooling Project Manager, you will translate customer requirements into clear plans, align engineering and operations, and ensure every project ships on time and to spec—while discovering new ways to add value for our customers.

Where you’ll make an impact

Act as a trusted point of contact for customers: respond to inquiries, deliver accurate quotes, and process ECNs, CCRs, POs, and order acknowledgments. Work side-by-side with the Engineering Assistant on job setups, materials procurement, and print/design conversations. Assemble robust job folders with all required prints, paperwork, certifications, 3D models, and CAD assets. Issue requisitions for materials, supplies, and tooling to keep production moving. Coordinate design activities as project demands evolve. Team with the Operations Manager and Division Manager to schedule deliveries, allocate shop floor capacity, and release jobs to production. Oversee shop progression, provide hands-on support, and drive to planned timelines. Report status with clarity—completeness, profitability, and risks—partnering closely with operations. Develop new opportunities inside existing accounts; enable outside sales with quoting, application engineering expertise, and customer visits. Enhance shop organization to improve proficiency, efficiency, and workflow. Maintain ISO compliance in partnership with the Quality Management Representative (QMR). Integrate workstreams across internal divisions and external vendors for flawless execution.
