Executive Assistant

Our solution provides paradigm-shifting quantum-mechanics-based tools for scientists worldwide.

QSimulate is looking for an Executive Assistant to support three C-suite level executives. The opening is primarily for an entry-level position, but we may consider exceptional candidates with multiple years of experience for an advanced position too. This is a full time in person position in our New York City office.

ROLE

• Provide executive support to the CEO, CFO, and Co-Founder.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items.
• Coordinate communication and priorities across teams.
• Arrange travel, process expenses, and provide general administrative support.
• Assist with special projects and day-to-day business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree
• Attention to detail, being able to multi-task, strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with executives and across multiple time zones.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
