Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Backend Node.js Developer with strong Node.js, AWS Lambda, and serverless development experience. The candidate will build and support scalable backend services for an AWS-based contact center platform , integrating with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, CRM systems, APIs, and enterprise applications.

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of Node.js/backend development
• 4+ years of AWS development
• Strong hands-on Node.js coding
• AWS Lambda / Serverless
• Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Lex
• REST APIs, JSON, Microservices
• AWS: API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, EventBridge
• Git/GitHub and CI/CD
• Strong debugging and performance optimization
• Secure coding and cloud security

Preferred / Huge Plus

• AWS Developer Associate certification or Solutions Architect certification
• Contact Center / IVR development
• Conversational AI / Chatbots
• CRM integrations – Salesforce / ServiceNow
• Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
• Agile experience
