Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Engineer with 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI applications from concept through production. This hands-on role combines AI engineering, full-stack development, cloud architecture, and data engineering to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with business stakeholders and product teams to transform business requirements into innovative AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Build AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, prompt engineering, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Develop modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS .
• Build backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Flask .
• Design and implement Azure-based data platforms, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, authentication providers, and business platforms.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications using Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines .
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth2, JWT, and SAML.
• Build AI evaluation frameworks, testing strategies, monitoring, and observability for production environments.
• Optimize AI applications for scalability, reliability, performance, latency, and cost.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Produce technical documentation and mentor other engineers when needed.
• Ensure Responsible AI practices, governance, security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise AI solutions from concept to production.
• Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with HL7 v2, FHIR R4/R5, OMOP CDM, Epic, or Epic Clarity is a plus.
• Experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) .
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Passion for building scalable, secure, and innovative AI products.
