Job Description
We’re partnering with a well-funded AI HealthTech startup ($25M+ raised) founded by repeat entrepreneurs, building technology that is transforming how healthcare organizations manage and support their workforce.
Their platform uses AI to automate complex operational workflows across healthcare providers, helping organizations improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and ultimately enable better patient care. With significant growth ahead, they’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help shape the technical direction of the platform as it scales.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across architecture, platform engineering, backend services, and developer infrastructure. You’ll partner closely with engineering leadership, influence company-wide technical decisions, and help establish the foundations needed to support rapid growth.
You Should Apply If You Have
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years operating at Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Technical Lead level
- Proven experience scaling SaaS platforms to enterprise-level demands
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern microservice architectures
- A track record of influencing technical direction beyond your immediate team
Nice to Have
- Experience within HealthTech, HRTech, workforce management, or data-intensive SaaS environments
- Contributions to engineering communities through writing, speaking, or open-source projects
