Python & Generative AI Technical Lead

**Job Summary** Synechron is seeking a Python and Generative AI (GenAI) professional with 5+ years of experience in software development and technology delivery. The role will lead cross-functional technology teams, provide technical guidance, drive technology initiatives, and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. The position will contribute to business objectives by supporting successful project delivery, improving technology processes, evaluating emerging technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and overall business strategy.

**Required** Software Requirements

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Experience with vector databases and data pipelines.
