About the Role:
We’re looking for a full-time team member to translate our MGE-style patient communication philosophy into practical, repeatable phone and scheduling workflows — using the AI call transcription already built into our Dentrix system.
What you’ll do:
- Learn our MGE (Management & Growth Experience) approach to patient communication and scheduling
- Review AI call transcripts in Dentrix to spot where calls follow — or drift from — our preferred scripts and tone
- Build and refine phone scripts and workflows for front-desk staff (new patient calls, scheduling, objection handling)
- Coach and train staff on these workflows day-to-day
- Monitor adherence using transcript data and flag process gaps
Requirements:
- Experience in dental or medical front-office operations (MGE/DDS Success familiarity a strong plus)
- Comfort reviewing call transcripts and translating patterns into training material
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Basic AI tool literacy — no coding required
Preferred: Direct MGE training/certification, Dentrix experience
