Work Mode : 1st Shift & 2nd Shift (No Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in .NET/ASP.NET Core, Angular, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting application issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring operational stability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support business-critical applications, ensuring issue resolution within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to .NET APIs, Angular applications, and backend services.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Support and maintain Azure-hosted applications, including App Services, Azure SQL, and monitoring tools.
• Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Assist with application deployments and release management through Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core application support and debugging.
• Good understanding of Angular applications, API integrations, and issue tracing.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, monitoring, and application support.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Experience in production support, incident management, and problem management.
• Knowledge of deployment and release processes using Azure DevOps.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in support automation and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
