Snelling Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join one of the Midwest’s premier commercial general contractors as they continue to expand in the Indianapolis market.

What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, architects, engineers, and owners
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Assist with estimating, project planning, and preconstruction activities
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward
• Build strong client relationships that support repeat business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, estimating, contracts, and project controls
• Design-Build experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, Sage/Timberline, or HH2 preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
