- Support subcontractor management, material logistics, safety audits, quality audits, lockout/tagout coordination, and field execution controls
Relevant Project Experience Desired
- Experience managing large-scale greenfield transmission line projects, including high-voltage or comparable transmission facilities
- Experience with substation projects, including greenfield substations, ring bus configurations, capacitor banks, or comparable utility infrastructure
- Experience supporting distribution reliability programs, overhead-to-underground conversion work, smart line device installation, substation expansion, and aging infrastructure replacement
- Experience working directly with EPC project teams and coordinating from either the contractor side, owner side, or both
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management experience on utility transmission, distribution, substation, or electric infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of project controls, forecasting, scheduling, invoicing, cost tracking, field coordination, and deliverable management
- Ability to coordinate multiple technical and construction stakeholders across owner, EPC, engineering, permitting, environmental, subcontractor, and field teams
- Working knowledge of safety, quality, constructability, materials management, and field execution practices in utility construction environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage owner communications and change order discussions professionally
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
- Experience with Procore or similar project management platforms
- Bilingual communication ability in English and Spanish is beneficial
