Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building cloud-native applications, leading distributed teams, driving technical architecture decisions, and mentoring developers while delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Full Stack Developers in designing and developing enterprise applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Java microservices.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js.
• Define technical architecture and coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• 7+ years of experience with Java and Spring ecosystem.
• 4+ years of experience leading Agile development teams.
• Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
