Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO to support Digital Transformation initiatives across Data & AI, Technology, and Cybersecurity . The ideal candidate will partner with Digital leadership to drive PMO governance, programme planning, portfolio visibility, financial tracking, vendor management, and executive reporting across multiple digital workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PMO governance across Data & AI, Technology, and Cybersecurity programs.
• Manage programme planning, portfolio reporting, RAID logs, budgets, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external system integrators.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and overall delivery progress.
• Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, and portfolio updates.
• Support change adoption and ensure effective coordination across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• 5–8+ years of Senior PMO experience on large Digital or Technology Transformation programs.
• Strong experience in PMO governance, programme planning, RAID management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience managing vendors and System Integrators.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent), Microsoft Excel, and portfolio reporting tools.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Data & AI, Cloud, or Cybersecurity programs is an added advantage.
• Experience in Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
