We are looking for a skilled Grafana Dashboard Developer to design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and monitoring solutions. The role involves integrating multiple data sources, implementing secure access controls, and ensuring high-performance visualization platforms for business and operational insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive dashboards using Grafana panels, variables, and transformations
- Translate business requirements into intuitive visualizations with drill-down capabilities
- Integrate and manage data sources including SQL databases, Prometheus, InfluxDB, APIs, and custom connectors
- Optimize queries, dashboard rendering, and overall performance
- Implement RBAC, dashboard sharing policies, and security best practices
- Monitor dashboard health and improve scalability and usability
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, metadata, SLAs, and governance standards
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Grafana dashboard development
- Expertise in SQL, PromQL, and time-series querying
- Knowledge of Prometheus, ELK, InfluxDB, or monitoring platforms
- Experience with API/data integration
- Understanding of data visualization and UI/UX best practices
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python is a plus)
