Marketing Assistant (12 month parental leave cover) – Remote

About the Role

As Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with branch teams, suppliers and internal departments to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.

• You will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency, maintaining marketing assets across the AGnVET network.
• Coordinate and support annual retail promotions and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate company activities including sponsorship promotions, footy tipping competitions and annual calendars
• Manage promotional merchandise stock levels across branch locations
• Support the preparation and maintenance of marketing collateral including brochures, leaflets and online content
• Maintain in-store branch advertising and promotional displays
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media and online advertising channels
• Assist with website updates, campaign content and branch information maintenance
• Maintain consistent branding across AGnVET and associated business divisions
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, People & Culture, IT and branch networks
• Support continuous communication and engagement across the organisation

About You

• Previous experience in a marketing, administration or coordination role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing systems/tools including excel
• A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
